Panini published that it will launch the manga by Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (The Irregular at Magic High School) soon here in Brazil. The announcement came via Facebook where it says:

And your sister would be first? Find out with The Irregular at Magic High School, a manga based on the light novel of the same name. Coming soon from Panini!
The story takes place in a world where magic is not a fairy tale but has existed for almost a hundred years. In spring, the University of Magic welcomes new students, including twin brothers Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba.
