The police department arrested 52-year-old Shinichi Sato by licking her shoes in a store in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
Therefore, the suspect was arrested for licking the left shoe of a high school student at approximately 5:05 PM on January 30th in a shopping complex in the city of Takasaki.
According to the police, Sato admitted to the charges, saying his motive was " to satisfy his sexual desire . "
The police report stated that the high school student was looking at a product alone when Sato approached and licked the tip of her shoe off the floor.
Finally, the victim received an emergency call from her father; the suspect, Sato, emerged after a search of security cameras and other sources.
