The police department arrested 52-year-old Shinichi Sato on suspicion of assaulting a schoolgirl by licking her shoes in a store in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
Therefore, the suspect was arrested for licking the left shoe of a high school student at approximately 5:05 PM on January 30th in a shopping complex in the city of Takasaki.
According to the police, Sato admitted to the charges, saying his motive was "to satisfy his sexual desire ".
The police report stated that the high school student was looking at a product alone when Sato approached and licked the tip of her shoe off the floor.
Finally, the victim received an emergency call from her father; the suspect, Sato, emerged after a search of security cameras and other sources.
