In Japan, a man has been ordered arrested for removing censorship from adult videos. According to reports, in Japan it is illegal to sell or distribute uncensored pornographic content, including adult anime (H+18).

Thus, the man known as Masayuki Nakamoto was arrested last October for selling uncensored adult videos on the Internet. Using an artificial intelligence, he removed the censorship from several videos by simulating the appearance of the censored parts and then adding a photorealistic rendering on top.

In Japan, several studios pixelate actors' private parts for this type of video. Furthermore, he sold a lot of the content he edited, earning a total of R$ 430,171.18.

Finally, his trial in Kyoto, for copyright infringement and displaying obscene media, resulted in a guilty verdict. At the end of June, he received a 2-year prison sentence and a fine of 2 million yen, approximately US$14,475.55.
