Due to a vote on his blog, the animator Maplestar put his creativity into practice, this time not in a video, but in a comic (almost a manga ) of Lycoris Recoil .

Lycoris Recoil's illustration can be seen at the end of the article. Author Maplestar took the opportunity to post it on his blog.

Hey everyone! I just finished this Lycoris Recoil illustration/comic from the poll! I had a lot of fun making this kind of comic. I've never really explored this style of content before, but I've always wanted to, haha. I really hope you enjoy it!

The animator also commented on the long-awaited animation of JJK 2 (Jujutsu Kaisen):

JJK is going well, we're still on schedule for this month's release. It looks like it'll be near the end of the month. Just keeping you posted. The dubbing has already been delivered!! Now I'm just editing the scenes to adjust the timing. A very tedious part of the process, haha.

About Maplestar:

The talented animator has been winning fans around the world with his animations aimed at a more mature audience, leaving his mark on the hearts of animation enthusiasts. With a portfolio full of memorable characters, such as the enigmatic Makima from "Chainsaw Man," the cunning Yor Forger from "SPY x FAMILY," and the charming Marin Kitagawa from "Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru," Maplestar has solidified his place as a prominent artist in the contemporary animation scene.

Although some question the animator's choice to dedicate himself to producing animations, the success he has achieved in this niche is undeniable.
