Maplestar reveals previews and animation for Solo Leveling

Animator Maplestar shared a new update with previews of his upcoming works inspired by popular series. In a recent post, the creator thanked the public for their support and commented on the progress of animations based on titles such as Solo Leveling , Kaiju No. 8 , and Sakamoto Days .

Solo Leveling- inspired project is in its final stages of production. The animation has entered the composition and background painting phase, with only a few cuts remaining to finalize lines and colors. The voice acting has also been completed, and the release is scheduled between the end of March and the beginning of April.

Furthermore, the animator commented on other ongoing animations. After Solo Leveling , the next projects should be based on Sakamoto Days and Kaiju No. 8. As these productions are somewhat shorter, there is a possibility that one or even both will be released before mid-2026.

Full animation of Reze x Denji – Maplestar

Another highlight is a project inspired by the character Reze, from the action manga Chainsaw Man Tatsuki Fujimoto and published by Weekly Shonen Jump . According to Maplestar, the main animation is expected to arrive in the middle of the year, while a shorter version is also being considered.

Finally, Maplestar revealed that they are currently working on three new projects, still in the storyboard and layout phases. The official announcement of these productions should occur in the next update scheduled for the end of March.

The animator's recent projects have won votes from supporters on his Patreon page throughout 2025. The creator plans to open new polls soon to determine future animations.
