Metal Slug Code: J is the new game from SNK released for smartphones this Saturday, June 24th.
Thus, the game retains the classic gameplay for which the series became known, but features updated 2.5D graphics and an interface adjusted for smartphones.
Among the new features in Code: J is a new hub outside of missions, which appears to be a place for acquiring equipment and choosing stages.
Finally, Metal Slug Code: J is developed by TiMi Studios, a subsidiary of Tencent Games. The studio also works on Call of Duty: Mobile, Honor of Kings, and Arena of Valor.
