The official website for the Moriarty the Patriot, based on the manga by Ryosuke Takeuchi and Hikaru Miyoshi, confirmed that Kenji Nojima has joined the cast as Charles Augustus Milverton.
The second part of the anime premiered on April 4th.
Synopsis
19th century, England. The Moriarty family has just taken in and adopted two orphans, William and Louis. The family also includes Albert, the eldest son. Full of ambition, he hates the social system that governs British society, in which the upper classes oppress the people without being worthy of the respect they demand. For this reason, Albert despises his own family and sees in the two orphans a chance to breathe new air. Albert offers them his status, his wealth, and his influence on the condition that the boys put their intelligence at the service of his dream: to free himself from his family and the current class system!
Furthermore, the anime premiered on October 11th and will consist of 24 episodes. Funimation is streaming it as it airs in Japan.
Staff
Kazuya Nomura (Black Fox) is directing the anime at Production IG. Go Zappa and Taku Kishimoto are in charge of the scripts, while Tooru Ookubo is the chief animation director and is also doing the character designs.
Finally, Takeuchi and Miyoshi launched Moriarty the Patriot in Jump SQ 's Shueisha in August 2016. Takeuchi draws the storyboards and Miyoshi does the art.
