Mushoku Tensei – 2nd part of the anime gets visual and premiere date

The official website for the anime Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu, inspired by the light novel of the same name by Rifujin na Magonote, revealed this Monday that the second part of the anime will premiere on October 3, 2021. Furthermore, the website also revealed a new visual:

Funimation will stream the second installment of the Mushoku Tensei anime this fall. The anime's staff delayed production from July to October due to "various circumstances. "

The first part of the anime premiered on January 10 on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, and BS11.

Synopsis

The story follows a thirty-four-year-old unemployed otaku who hits a dead end in his life and decides it's time to turn over a new leaf—he's run over and killed! He's reborn as a child in a strange new world of swords and magic.

His new identity is Rudeus Grayrat, but he still retains the memories of his previous life. Follow Rudeus from childhood to adulthood as he struggles to redeem himself in a beautiful yet dangerous world.

Staff

Manabu Okamoto will direct the anime at Studio Bind . EGG FIRM is also credited for production. Kazutaka Sugiyama (animation director on Darling in the FRANXX) is doing the character design. Yuiko Ohara produced, wrote, scored, and sang the series' opening and ending theme songs.

Finally, Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the light novel and manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa.
