We have the premiere date for the new anime My Clueless First Friend ( Jijou wo Shiranai Tenkousei ga Guigui Kuru ). The anime is adapted from the manga by Taku Kawamura . A new teaser for the anime has also been released.

According to information on the official website, the series premieres on April 9th of this year.
It is directed by Shigenori Kageyama (Himawari!, Himawari Too!!) at St.Signpost , while Chikashi Kadekaru (Mieruko-chan, Juni Taisen: Zodiac War) is designing the characters.
Synopsis
Opposites attract when a cheerful airhead meets the loner in her new class in this heartwarming school comedy series. A lonely and sad fifth-grader is the target of incessant bullying and teasing from her classmates, until a new boy enters the picture. The friendly Takada is as clueless as he is well-intentioned, but somehow possesses the magical ability to begin to bring the 'Grim Reaper' Nishimura out of his shell. As the elementary school students experience all the fun of a childhood summer together—from swimming in the pool to picking sunflowers and watching fireworks—an unlikely friendship blossoms.
Kawamura then launched the manga in Square Enix 's Gangan Joker in May 2018. Square Enix then published the manga's first volume in October 2018.
