We have the release date for the anime My Dress-Up Darling (bisque doll). According to the official website, the series will premiere on January 8, 2022 .
In addition, a new promotional image has been revealed:
Keisuke Shinohara is directing the anime at CloverWorks . Yoriko Tomita is in charge of the series scripts, while Kazumasa Ishida is designing the characters and serving as chief animation director. Takeshi Nakatsuka is composing the music, and Akiko Fujita is the sound director.
Synopsis
The story follows Wakana Gojo, a young man passionate about handcrafted doll clothes but who lives a lonely life after an incident in his childhood with a friend who disliked dolls. That is, until he meets Marin, a girl from his school who is anything but shy, and who sees in Wakana the possibility of turning him into a cosplay fan, just like her.
The manga adaptation of My Dress-Up Darling launched in Young Gangan in January 2018 .
