I'm a technology enthusiast and a lover of anime, manga, and games. The vast majority of anime I enjoy belong to the Shounen demographic.

The digital edition of the 42nd week of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed that My Hero Academia will receive a special episode titled "My Hero Academia UA Heroes Battle," which will initially be shown in 10 theaters in Japan between October 20th and 26th.

Synopsis

This time, the setting is the UA dormitory, right before the Endeavor Internship arc of season five! In the middle of winter, a heated and icy battle is raging at Heights Alliance! Third-year Mirio Togata suddenly appears while the first-year students of Class A are bored during their curfew. He brings the card game “Yuuei Heroes Battle,” created by the support class. As each student chooses cards and joins the fierce battle, it seems there’s more to the game than meets the eye. In the end, who will emerge victorious?

The sixth season of the series premiered in October 2022. The season then aired for two consecutive cours, totaling 25 episodes. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

Finally, it's worth remembering that the anime will receive a seventh season.
