We've compiled a list of the most popular anime MyAnimeList ! We decided to create this list because two series recently reached the incredible milestone of 3 million members. Therefore, we thought it would be great to include at least a top 10 list to gauge their popularity. Now, without further ado, let's get to the list:
Most Popular Anime – Top 10
10. Hunter x Hunter (2011): First, in 10th place we have one of the greatest shounen classics. Furthermore, this wonderful work boasts over 2 million members on MyAnimeList. That's certainly a surprising and well-deserved number.
9. Kimi No Na Wa: Following this, we don't have an anime, but a movie! It was a worldwide box office success and another great work by the master Makoto. Incidentally, it also boasts just over 2 million followers.
8. Naruto: Now, we have Naruto, which is undoubtedly the greatest classic in history. It's no wonder it has over 2.1 million members on the platform. And by the way, who isn't following Boruto, which gets better with each episode?
7. Tokyo Ghoul: Another work that has been generating a lot of buzz since its release. While the anime may have been disappointing, the Tokyo Ghoul manga is incredible, which explains why it has garnered 2.2 million followers!
6. My Hero Academia: This work is considered to be from the new generation, and its manga is in its final stretch. Moreover, the success of its 5th season certainly helped it reach over 2.3 million subscribers.

5. One Punch Man: And in the top 5 we start with our beloved bald cape hero! He's a hero for fun and trained so much that he lost his hair. All this effort has earned this work over 2.4 million followers on the MyAnimeList page.
4. Sword Art Online: And who hasn't seen a season of Sword Art Online? Given its popularity through anime, novels, and games, it couldn't be left off this list. It has amassed over 2.4 million members!

03. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
And in the top 3, we have another renowned anime throughout its history. Fullmetal Alchemist is undoubtedly the kind of work that every otaku should see. And it's no wonder that it has amassed over 2.5 million members on the platform.
02. Shingeki no Kyojin
Here we have another meteoric success. Attack on Titan is leaving us all eagerly awaiting its final season. Furthermore, it's impressive to have amassed over 3 million members!
01. Death Note
Currently, the number one spot at the time of this post is Death Note! It has just over 3 million members and is just over 14,000 followers more than Attack on Titan! Truly impressive!
