Boruto: Naruto Next Generation anime and manga are currently on hiatus, and fans are eagerly awaiting their return along with the release of Minato . Since the Fourth Hokage will have his own manga by Masashi Kishimoto , the Naruto production team has made a new poster of Minato and Kushina .

The new poster for the series features Naruto's parents in a romantic scene with the two walking on a lake surrounded by cherry blossom petals. While Minato and Kushina appear in the foreground, Hiruzen , Jiraiya , Orochimaru , and Tsunade are also included in this illustration on a second boat that rides in the background.
In celebration of the anime's 20th anniversary, Naruto hosted its first global poll, known as NARUTOP99 . This gave fans around the world the chance to vote on Naruto characters to decide which was the most popular. Minato Namikaze received the most votes as the most popular character at the end of the poll, and as a prize, he will win a manga by Masashi Kishimoto himself.
The Naruto franchise also includes several films and OVAs. The anime aired from 2002 to 2007. The sequel anime, Naruto Shippuden , premiered in 2007 and concluded in 2017.
Ukyo Kodachi and Mikio Ikemoto launched Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, a sequel manga, in Weekly Shonen Jump in May 2016, and the manga was serialized monthly in the magazine. The manga then moved to Shueisha 's V Jump in July 2019. Masashi Kishimoto, the original author of the Naruto manga, took over as the manga's writer in November 2020.
