Well, it seems it won't be easy to get rid of the fox boy anytime soon, as it was confirmed by "Shonen Jump" magazine in the land of the rising sun that Naruto will get a new manga in 2015, basically a "spin-off" of the main series. With the provisional title Naruto Shin Hen , this new saga is scheduled to hit the market in the spring of 2015. Treated as a mini-series, it's part of the "Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project" (New Era Naruto Opening Project) which marks the 15th anniversary of the original manga.
In addition to the news, a series of spin-off books are set to be released, starting with Kakashi Den (The Tale of the Famous Kakashi), written by author Akira Higashiyama, the same person who wrote the screenplay for the movie Naruto Shippuden: Blood Prison.
Naruto The Last will premiere in Japanese theaters on December 6th. Masashi Kishimoto is currently finishing the main Naruto manga series on Monday.
(UPDATED SPOILER* ) – Several images have also leaked online, revealing that Naruto will be the next Hokage!
