My name is Rafael Alves, known as Shinzo. I created the AnimeNew website in 2009 to offer news about anime, manga, and games directly from Japan.

Hollywood — Lionsgate is in talks with Michael Gracey to direct a live-action Hollywood adaptation of the popular manga and anime Naruto . The information makes it clear that Gracey, a visual effects specialist, is attempting to make his feature film directorial debut.

If the information is confirmed, this Americanized version is produced by "Avi Arad," the former president of "Marvel" who was responsible for bringing Spider-Man to the big screen.

Do you like Naruto? Do you agree with this idea? Then like it!

The manga created by Masashi Kishimoto in 1997 has already sold over 200 million copies in Japan. The plot follows Naruto, a teenager who dreams of becoming the ninja protector of his village. Several adaptations and sequels have already been produced in Japan. A continuation of The Last Naruto , the film about Boruto, Naruto's son, premieres on August 7th in Japan and arrives in the US in October.
