After Kakashi's sketches were released, in which "Sixth" was written on his back (Image 1, below.) the Facebook page for the movie “The Last – Naruto the Movie”"It was announced that Hatake Kakashi will be the sixth Hokage (Image 2, below).".
Kakashi had already been considered for the Hokage position before, shortly after Danzo was deemed a traitor for being untrustworthy within the Five Kage Summit. However, Tsunade, who was the current Hokage, awoke from the coma she was in after the fight against Pain.
The manga will conclude on November 10th, in issue 50 of Shonen Jump, and he hasn't yet achieved his dream of becoming Hokage. But who knows what the new movie will bring? Maybe Kakashi will pass the title on to Naruto!? We eagerly await its premiere.
Naruto is an anime and manga series created by Masashi Kishimoto and serialized in the weekly magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since 1999. It received an anime adaptation in 2002, produced by Studio Pierrot and broadcast by TV Tokyo, followed by Naruto Shippuden in February 2007, corresponding to the second part of the manga. The plot revolves around Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja who constantly seeks recognition and dreams of becoming a Hokage, the supreme and most powerful leader of his village.
