The official website responsible for the Naruto anime announced this Tuesday (29) that the premiere of the four “unreleased” episodes of the anime will be postponed to a later date, to further improve its quality.
Naruto – New episodes of the anime postponed
Therefore, the anime team will announce a new premiere date soon. Meanwhile, a rerun of select episodes of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will air instead.
The anime's staff had previously announced that the episodes would premiere on September 3 and would be broadcast weekly for four consecutive weeks. The new episodes celebrate the anime's 20th anniversary (the Naruto anime premiered in October 2002).

Synopsis
Naruto Uzumaki, a young orphan inhabitant of Aldeia da Folha who dreams of becoming the fifth Hokage, the greatest warrior and ruler of the village. Upon graduating as a ninja, Naruto discovers that he has a fox demon sealed within him. His father, the fourth Hokage, trapped the fox in his own son when the entity threatened to destroy Aldeia da Folha, thus sacrificing his own life. Alongside his colleagues, especially Sakura, Sasuke and mentor Kakashi Hatake, he pursues the arduous mission of becoming the greatest ninja and stopping those who plan to do harm to his city. The young trio that forms when Naruto is looking for training embarks on several missions for the village and, during the ninja exam, the villain Orochimaru, a wanted criminal, appears.
The new episodes are therefore a celebration of the anime's 20th anniversary (the Naruto anime premiered on TV in October 2002). The episodes arrive on September 3rd and will be shown weekly for four consecutive weeks.
