The official website for the anime adaptation of author Tomonori Inoue's work has released another commercial trailer for "Coppelion," a science fiction series involving combat and military strategy. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 2nd on the Japanese channel AT-X.

Shingo Suzuki (K, Mardock Scramble films) is directing the anime along with Makoto Nakamura (Princess Lover!, Cuticle Detective Inaba) who is handling the series design.

Synopsis: The story takes place in the year 2036 , after radioactive contamination due to a nuclear accident. Three high school girls are sent to the devastated city of Tokyo . Thanks to genetic engineering, the three girls gain immunity to radiation, thus forming a special forces unit codenamed "Coppelion".
