The official website has updated the production of the anime Ninja to Gokudou ( Ninja vs. Gokudo ), announcing its release outside of Japan via Prime Video . The anime will be dubbed in Brazilian Portuguese and English, as well as other languages.
Therefore, Studio Deen ( Nanatsu no Taizai ) will animate Ninja to Gokudou, directed by Toshinori Watanabe ( Tokyo Ghoul: RE, Edens Zero ). The release is scheduled for October 7, 2025.
Ninja to Gokudou Synopsis:
Since ancient times, ninjas and yakuza have been at war, spilling blood across the world as empires rise and fall. So, in modern times, when Shinoha, a ninja, meets Kiwami, a gangster who follows the path of the yakuza—the gokudo—and discovers they share common interests, the obvious conclusion is that nothing good can come of it. But can a blossoming friendship overcome a 300-year-old grudge? Who will truly win the fight for ultimate power?
Written and illustrated by Shinsuke Kondō, Ninja vs. Gokudo began serialization on Kodansha's Comic Days website on January 20, 2020. The publisher eventually collected its chapters into fourteen tankōbon volumes in November 2024.
