This year's 25th issue of Shonen Jump 's Shueisha Weekly Naoshi Komi 's Nisekoi manga will adapt volume 14 of the manga into an OVA. The new animation will adapt two chapters of the manga: chapter 58 “Funshitsu” and chapter 64 “Mikosan”, the OVA will last 25 minutes.
Viz Media has been releasing the original manga digitally and in print. Aniplex of America plans to release the series on DVD, Crunchyroll has been streaming it since it aired in Japan.
Synopsis – Ichijou Raku is a normal high school student. He is also the sole heir of a Yakuza family called the Shuei-gumi. Ten years ago, Raku made a promise... a secret commitment to a girl he met. They promised each other that they would “get married when they meet.” Since then, Raku has never parted with the pendant he got from her. One day, a beautiful girl named Kirisaki Chitoge transfers to Raku's class. Her geniuses did not combine. There wasn't a single moment where they weren't fighting. But in a strange turn of events, Raku and Chitoge agreed to become fake boyfriends. Although his heart is actually interested in Onodera Kosaki, his classmate, Raku must continue pretending to be Chitoge's boyfriend.
