In the main storyline, the Colon Pirates ally themselves with Robin's group, indicating a possible turning point in the war of interests unfolding in Egghead.
Meanwhile, in the underworld, Loki shares crucial information about the Knights of God with Luffy's group. However, when questioned about Shanks' whereabouts, he refuses to answer. According to Loki, Luffy hasn't yet achieved true freedom to know something so significant.
At this point, we are taken to a revealing flashback: Loki, still a child, had a direct encounter with none other than Rocks D. Xebec. He even tried to join Xebec, but was bluntly rejected. Enraged, Loki challenged him to a fight, which ended tragically for him. Interestingly, Whitebeard also appears in this flashback, although Xebec's face remains hidden.
Loki admits that he saw Xebec with the same eyes that Luffy sees Shanks, believing that he was born in the wrong era and wishing he had been part of the legendary Rocks crew.
After the confrontation, Luffy meat Loki to help him recover—a classic gesture from our Captain. Loki improves somewhat, but he's still not in top form. To complete the chaos, Jinbei steps in and extinguishes the fire started by Loki.
And the chapter concludes with an imposing presence: Gunko appears aboard the Svar ship, coming face to face with the Colon Pirates, making the atmosphere even more tense for the next chapter!
