The first spoilers for chapter 1186 of One Piece have begun circulating, bringing important revelations involving Gunko, Loki, Imu , and even Brook. The chapter is titled "Once More" and advances events connected to Elbaf's past.

Gunko's past in One Piece 1186

On the cover, readers see a young Loki drawing Ida. The plot then reveals that Gunko killed King Leuven to stop a war in the Kingdom of Esperia. Furthermore, the chapter reveals that the character's biological father is Growlo, a recently introduced member of the Holy Knights.

The connection between the two is striking because of the unusual eyes they share. In this way, the manga further expands on the mysteries surrounding Gunko's origins and his relationship with the World Government.

Brook survives the attack

Another significant moment involves Brook. According to spoilers, Gunko stabs him in the head before leaving the kingdom alongside his father. Despite the severity of the attack, the Straw Hat Pirates musician survives.

However, the trauma was so intense that Brook came to believe it was all just a dream. Soon after, the flashback ends and the narrative returns to the confrontation between Imu and Loki.

Luffy enters the scene at the end of the chapter

In the final moments, Imu begins to talk about events from approximately 800 years ago. However, the biggest surprise comes when Luffy finally arrives on the battlefield.

According to leaks, the Straw Hat lands a direct punch on Imu, in a scene compared to the famous blow he delivered to Charlos in the Sabaody Archipelago.
