Netflix has finally revealed the cast that will bring the anime hit One Piece to the real world. According to reports, actors Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Emily Rudd, Jacob Romero Gibson , and Taz Skylar have been cast in the project.

Therefore, the series is being produced in South Africa and is scheduled to premiere in early 2022. Eiichiro Oda is personally overseeing the series, with Matt Owens (Agents of SHIELD, Luke Cage) serving as writer/executive producer in co-production.
Synopsis:
The series centers on Monkey D. Luffy, a young man who, inspired by his childhood idol and powerful pirate Shanks, "the Red-Haired," sets out on a journey from the East Blue Sea to find the legendary treasure One Piece and proclaim himself the King of the Pirates.
Finally, filming for the series began in August 2020 in Cape Town, South Africa. The initial estimate was that filming would last six months.
