When working with print publications, tight deadlines force me to work all night to deliver the material. Often, when I see the result in the magazine, I think: 'This could have been better here' or 'I should have adjusted that.' This feeling of regret is constant and ends up being part of the job."
One Punch Man is one of my highest priorities during its serialization. Even after submitting the scripts, I continue to revise and adjust them to minimize my own regrets. I know that one day my skills will decline and perhaps my work will no longer be considered good enough, but until that happens, I try to do my best.
