The third season of the anime Oshi no Ko premieres on January 14, 2026, animated by studio Doga Kobo. Additionally, a new visual featuring the main characters has gained prominence on social media.
Production and previous seasons
Based on the manga by Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-sama: Love is War) with art by Mengo Yokari (Scum's Wish), the anime Oshi no Ko is produced by the studio Doga Kobo. The first two seasons were directed by Daisuke Hiramaki, with Ciao Nekotomi as assistant director, Kanna Hirayama handling character design, and Takuri Iga composing the soundtrack.
The first season aired in 2023 with 11 episodes, while the second, released in 2024, had 13 episodes. Both are available on Netflix, which describes the series as the journey of a small-town doctor who becomes involved in the ruthless world of entertainment after meeting a young idol with a secret.
Finally, this third season promises to further expand the drama and plot twists that have captivated fans since its premiere.
