Kadokawa announced this Friday (08) that the second season of the anime “Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World” (Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjō, Arui wa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen) has been postponed until 2024.

The anime was then previously scheduled to air this year. Therefore, the first season will air again on Japanese broadcaster BS11 from October 2nd.
Synopsis
There has been a great war for years between the scientifically advanced Empire and Nebulis, the kingdom of magical girls – even when the youngest knight, given the title of strongest in the Empire, meets the princess of the rival nation. They are sworn enemies... however the knight is attracted by her beauty and honor, while the princess is moved by her strength and way of living. Will the fight between them ever end?

Finally, Kadokawa began publishing the printed light novel version of the work in Japan in May 2017. Meanwhile, Okama launched a manga adaptation in Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine in May 2018.
