We will have a compilation film of the anime Mawaru Penguindrum . According to the official website , the series will combine all 24 episodes with the addition of new scenes. The anime film is titled Re: cycle of Penguindrum .
Therefore, the film is the first project to mark the anime's 10th anniversary. The second project is a fundraising campaign that will begin on April 8th, only in Japan.
Synopsis:
After her condition worsens and she nearly dies, Himari is saved by a penguin hat. Since then, she seems to be possessed by an entity that demands her family retrieve the Penguindrum as payment for her recovery.
The anime was produced by Brain's Base and directed by Kunihiko Ikuhara ( Fighting Girl Utena ).
