The Pixar film Inside Out, set inside the human mind and featuring a variety of emotions as characters, has released its first teaser trailer.
In the movie Inside Out, the girl Riley experiences a range of emotions as she moves from the American Midwest to San Francisco. The emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling), and Sadness (Phyllis Smith) – live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley's mind, where they help her with advice daily. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to their new life in San Francisco, the turmoil in Headquarters intensifies. Although Joy, Riley's primary and most important emotion, tries to stay positive, the emotions clash over how to navigate the new city, the new house, and the new school.
The film will showcase the human mind in various "locations" such as the Train of Thought, the Land of Imagination (a kind of theme park), and the Dream Production Company (a large dream studio).
Inside Out premieres on June 19th in the US and on July 2nd in Brazil.
