Plunderer, by author Suu Minazuki, has received a new promotional video through the anime 's official website .
The video reveals another cast member and the premiere date, which is scheduled for January 8th.
The story takes place in the year 305 of the Alcian calendar, in a world covered in "Counts" (numbers). It all begins with Hina's mother's request: that Hina find a certain person. Hina ends up meeting Rihito, a swordsman who wears a mask and keeps his true identity a secret. Rihito wields his long sword to protect young women and to cleanse the darkness from the world.
Plunderer began its release in December 2014, and the 12th volume was published on March 26th.
Finally, in the video we can hear Miku Itō's opening theme song, "Plunderer".
