The hit anime Kusuriya no Hitorigoto ( The Apothecary Diaries )” continues to air on Japanese TV. With that, a preview of episode 20 has been revealed for fans.
The episode is scheduled to air on Saturday, February 24th.
Synopsis:
The story takes place in a large country in the middle of the continent. Mao-mao is a young woman who works as a pharmacist in a Hanamachi (a neighborhood with many brothels). She is kidnapped and sold as a servant to the palace. But she hides the fact that she is a pharmacist; she works very quietly, waiting for the new year to arrive. One day, however, she hears a rumor from a coworker that the emperor's children are dying one after another, and using her knowledge of pharmacy, she discovers the cause.
Kusuriya no Hitorigoto (The Apothecary Diaries) began its publication in October 2011 in Shousetsuka ni Narou and its physical publication began in August 2014.
