A promotional image for the new Naruto Shippuden was released by Tokyo TV . Team 7 appears in the image, according to a note published by Shonen Jump , the chapters of this saga will focus on the “decisive battle” between Team 7 and Kaguya.
The arc will air on May 5th with the title The Incipient , the same name as chapter 679 of the manga, ending the filler about Itachi, Itachi Shinden-hen . The arc will also feature a new opening performed by the band Asian Kung-Fu Generation called Blood Circulator.
