Bandai Namco has revealed the first promotional video for Kuroko no Basket: Shōri e no Kiseki , the new game in the famous basketball series that will be released exclusively for Nintendo 3DS .
The title, which roughly translates to "The Path to Victory ," promises a unique experience for fans, as it will feature a completely original story with no direct connection to the anime or manga arcs. In other words, it's a one-of-a-kind adventure, ideal for both veterans and those just getting to know the characters of the "Generation of Miracles."
Kuroko no Basket features an original narrative and plenty of action
As revealed in the teaser, players will be able to assemble teams with their favorite characters from the franchise and compete in thrilling matches in special tournaments. Furthermore, there will be unprecedented events, personalized interactions, and scenes that expand the universe of the game.
Although the exact gameplay is still shrouded in mystery, the video highlights intense moments from the matches, with visual effects inspired by the anime. Therefore, it's safe to say that fans of Kuroko and company can expect a dynamic title, full of strategy and excitement on the courts.
Although the release is currently planned only for Japan, it wouldn't be surprising to see a localized version in the future, given the global success of the franchise.
