Cygames has announced Rage of Bahamut: Manaria Friends, a new season that will adapt the "Manaria Mahō Gakuin" (Mysteria Academy) event from the game Rage of Bahamut. Starring Anne (Yōko Hikasa), the honor student princess, and Grea (Ayaka Fukuhara), the princess born from a dragon. It will premiere in Japan in 2016.
In October 2014, the first season, Rage of Bahamut – Genesis (Shingeki no Bahamut Genesis ), inspired by the card game, was released, with a total of 13 episodes.
This series is not a direct continuation of the first season, Rage of Bahamut – Genesis.
