The fourth season of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- received an uncredited opening video, officially released this Sunday. The preview features the theme song “Recollect,” performed by Konomi Suzuki and rapper Ashnikko, with production by Giga and TeddyLoid.

The new season will have 19 episodes divided into two arcs. The first, titled "Loss Arc," premieres on April 8, 2026. The second, "Recapture Arc," begins on August 12. Crunchyroll has confirmed the simulcast of the series.
Among the new additions to the cast are Fairouz Ai as Shaula and Tomokazu Sugita as Reid Astrea. The production retains important names such as director Masahiro Shinohara and screenwriter Masahiro Yokotani, ensuring continuity in the narrative.
Studio WHITE FOX remains responsible for the animation. Furthermore, Kenichiro Suehiro returns to compose the soundtrack, while Jin Aketagawa once again takes on the role of sound director. The team's consistency reinforces the high technical standard of previous seasons.
The original work is a light novel fantasy Tappei Nagatsuki, published since 2014. The anime premiered in 2016 with 25 episodes and expanded its universe with OVAs and revised versions, including the 2020 Director's Cut.
The third season aired between 2024 and 2025, divided into two arcs with eight episodes each. Furthermore, the new season expands the story with new characters and central conflicts, while maintaining the established narrative progression.
