Produced in partnership between Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ, it premiered in July 2023, featuring 12 episodes that adapted the first volumes of the story. The second season arrived in July 2025 and maintained the good pace of the work. Now, with the third season confirmed, fans eagerly await to discover how far Boxxo and Lammis will go in their next adventures.

Synopsis

The story follows a man who, after being crushed to death by a vending machine, is reborn as a vending machine in a fantasy world. Despite his unusual form, he remains conscious and comes to be called Boxxo. Unable to move on his own, he meets the young huntress Lammis, who decides to carry him on her back during her journeys through the labyrinth.

This unlikely partnership blends humor, adventure, and action, captivating readers and viewers since its debut as a web novel in 2016 on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Shortly after, the work was acquired by Kadokawa Shoten, gaining official publication and expanding its fanbase.

In addition to the light novel, the title received a manga adaptation by Kunieda, published in Dengeki Daioh since 2021. Both the novel and the manga were licensed in English by Yen Press, which helped to further expand its popularity outside of Japan.

Finally, this confirmation shows how the work has gained space among isekai anime, standing out for its creative concept and the charisma of its characters.
