With the arrival of Genshin Impact's 6.0 update, fans are eagerly awaiting the Nod-Krai region and its new features. Recent leaks suggest that the update will bring a brand-new resonance effect, capable of boosting the damage of elemental reactions. Furthermore, and most interestingly, characters from other nations will also be able to activate it.
- Wizard of Legend II is announced for Nintendo Switch
- Woochi the Wayfarer is announced with a focus on Korean culture
Version 6.0 should mark the official debut of Nod-Krai, a region that promises to introduce new exploration mechanics and three playable characters: Flins, Lauma, and Aino, already confirmed by HoYoverse.

Rumor suggests unprecedented resonance for Nod-Krai characters
According to information circulating in leak communities, Nod-Krai heroes may benefit from a special bonus when non-regional team members use their Elemental or Ultimate Skills. This effect, called a resonance buff, would have the potential to increase the damage of Lunar Reactions by up to 36% for 20 seconds.
The damage increase would vary depending on the element of the character activating the effect:
- Pyro, Electro, or Cryo : +0.9% damage for every 100 ATK points.
- Hydro : +0.6% for every 1,000 points of Maximum Health.
- Geo : +1% for every 100 points of DEF.
- Anemo and Dendro : +2.25% for every 100 points of Elemental Proficiency.

Possible team combinations and caution regarding rumors
Since the bonus trigger depends on characters other than Nod-Krai, the community is already speculating that supports like Yelan, Xilonen, Furina, Nahida, Kazuha, and Sucrose could become strategic choices for compositions involving Lauma or Flins.
However, it's worth remembering that all this information comes from leaks and may change in the final version. Until then, it's best to take the rumor with a grain of salt and await an official announcement from HoYoverse.
