This year's 45th issue of Shueisha 's Weekly Shonen Jump announced that the characters Rui and Akaza will join the game Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles as playable characters.
The game will add the characters as part of its first free update, a total of three updates are planned to follow launch.
The game will have a digital deluxe edition that includes unlock keys for the characters with school costumes , butterfly mansion costumes for Tanjiro , Zenitsu and Inosuke , 8,000 slayer points and early access to the game from October 13th .
Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles will release for PlayStation 5 , PlayStation 4 , Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC via Steam on October 15th this year.
