Synopsis “Kumo desu ga”:
Imagine a world where the eternal battle between the Hero and the Demon Lord repeats itself over and over again. One day, a massive space-time spell goes wrong and hits an entire class of high school students in Japan, killing them all instantly. However, by an unexpected miracle, they are all reborn in this other world. While some were lucky enough to become royalty or influential figures, one girl in particular was not so lucky. She is reborn as a small spider, the weakest creature in a dungeon full of ferocious monsters. Even in the face of extreme adversity, she does not give up. However, armed only with her human knowledge and contagious positivity, she faces far more powerful creatures, fighting valiantly to survive.
Therefore, the first season of “Kumo desu ga, Nani ka?” premiered in the January 2021 season, followed by the second part in July of the same year, totaling 24 episodes.
Finally, Okina Baba launched the novel on the “Shosetsuka ni Naro” website with illustrations by Tsukasa Kiryu in May 2015. Furthermore, a manga adaptation illustrated by Asahiro Kakashi appeared on the pages of Young Ace Up in January 2021.
