Bandai Visual released the promotional trailer for the Sabagebu! , which will be included on the first Blu-ray of the animated series. The text in the video reads: “A group of girls visit a summer house in the highlands, but what awaits them is… an aquatic endurance training camp?! There’s laughter and betrayal!! Charm!! It’s a limitless, nonsensical training camp!! What is the fate of Momoka and the others?!”
The volume will be released in Japan on September 24th, costing 7000 ¥ (approximately US$69), and will also include three character illustrations and an eight-page color book.
Sentai Filmworks has licensed the anime for North America, while Crunchyroll also streams the series.
The story of Sabagebu! revolves around Momoka Sonokawa, a girl who transfers to Aogiri Girls' High School. Miou, president of the "Sabagebu!" club, saves Momoka from a pervert and eventually convinces her to join the club, which holds survival games. The story continues to show the unfolding events.
