Toei Animation has confirmed that the first of two Sailor Moon Eternal anime films (Pretty Guardians Sailor Moon Eternal The MOVIE) will premiere in Japanese theaters on September 11, 2020.
It has not yet been revealed when the second film will premiere.
Finally, this film marks the 25th anniversary of the Sailor Moon franchise's first theatrical release in Japan.
