Igarashi is a young office worker. Takeda, her senior at work, constantly annoys her, yet she finds herself growing closer to him. Every day is filled with comedic mishaps and romantic moments as Igarashi tries to balance work, life, and love. This full-color manga – which began its life as a webcomic – is sure to charm fans of workplace comedies like Aggretsuko and The Office!
Furthermore, Manta launched the manga in 2017, publishing it in Pixiv Comic under the Comic Pool Magazine label. The manga won the web manga division of the Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Awards in 2018. Ichijinsha published the sixth volume of the manga on November 25th, and will publish the seventh on April 28th. The manga has already reached 1 million copies in circulation.
Finally, Senpai ga Uzai has already inspired promotional videos for its second, third, and fourth volumes; however, the anime project has not confirmed whether the cast from the videos will return for the anime.
