The story follows Makoto Takatsuki, a student transported to another world with his class. However, unlike the others, he doesn't receive any overpowered abilities. Thus begins his journey as a simple apprentice mage. Meanwhile, Noah, a little-known goddess without followers, emerges and decides to support Makoto, even attempting to recruit him as a follower.

Therefore, even though he is suspicious, the protagonist accepts the offer. However, over time, he discovers that Noah is keeping a secret that could change everything. Thus, the work blends fantasy, survival, and a curious relationship between humanity and divinity.

The light novel won the 5th Overlap Web Novel Award, earning the gold prize. Furthermore, the title has sold over 500,000 copies. The manga has also been successful since 2020 on Comic Gardo.

Finally, the commemorative artwork was produced by Tam-U and Shiroi Hakuto, highlighting Makoto and Noah together.
