The official website announced a new trailer and promotional image for the second season of the anime SHY. As a result, fans learned its premiere date.

Therefore, the second season of the anime SHY will premiere on July 1, 2024. In the trailer, we can hear the opening theme "WILLSHINE" sung by PassCode.

Synopsis

As the planet approached its third world war, superpowered individuals from around the globe emerged to maintain peace. They became symbols of their respective nations, fighting to curb crime and bring wrongdoers to justice. Meanwhile, teenage heroine Teru “Shy” Momijiyama represents Japan in the world of heroes. When a mysterious threat called Amalareiks emerges, Shy must unite with her fellow heroes to stop them at all costs.

The first season premiered in Japan on October 2, 2023 on TV Tokyo and other networks. Finally, the author, Bukimi Miki, first published the work in Weekly Shonen Champion as a one-shot manga in January 2017 and began serializing the manga in the same magazine in August 2019.
