With its premiere scheduled for January 2020, more members of the voice cast for the Somali to Mori no Kamisama have been announced.
"The world is controlled by spirits, goblins, and all sorts of strange creatures. Humans are persecuted to the point of extinction. One day, a golem and a lonely human girl meet. This is a record of the pair; a member of a ruined race, and a guardian of the forest. They tell the stories of their travels together, and of their bond as father and daughter."
The cast, so far, includes:

- Hiroki Nanami as Shizuno
- Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Yabashira
- Saori Hayami as Uzoi
- Yuuki Ono as Haitora
Yako Gureishi 's manga has been published digitally by Web Comic Zenyon since 2015. The anime adaptation is being handled by studio Satelight , the script is written by Ikuko Itoh Kenji Yasuda is directing
