The 27th issue of Kodansha 's Weekly Young Magazine revealed that Sounan Desu ka will receive an anime adaptation in July. The manga by Kentarou Okamoto and Riri Sagara will premiere on July 2nd.

The anime is being adapted by studio Ezóla (Happy Sugar Life), and is directed by Nobuyoshi Nagayama . Kiyono Yasuno will sing the ending theme, and the main cast will sing the opening theme. Each episode of the anime will be 15 minutes long.
