The official website for the Sword Art Online II has released a new, more comprehensive trailer, bringing the total to six videos released for this second season.
The new series will adapt the third arc,Phantom Bullet, from the original light novel by author Reki Kawahara. The new arc, spanning the fifth and sixth volumes, introduces the heroine Sinon and the already familiar protagonist from the first season, Kirito.
The premiere in Japan will be on Tokyo, MX TV on July 5th at 11:30 AM. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will reprise his role as Kirito, the protagonist from the first season of the anime.
