The anime Kagurabachi received new updates this week with the release of the official visual and the first promotional video focused on its protagonist, Chihiro Rokuhira . The character will be voiced by Taihi Kimura in the animated adaptation produced by Studio Cypic .

Chihiro begins her journey of revenge
In the story, Chihiro is the son of the renowned swordsmith Kunishige Rokuhira, responsible for creating mystical swords known as Enchanted Blades. After his father's death at the hands of the mysterious organization of sorcerers Hishaku, the young man vows revenge.
To achieve his goal, he wields the seventh sword left by his father, named Enten, and sets out in search of the six blades stolen by the group. The new video highlights the character's determined gaze and his posture in the face of the enemies who cross his path.
The anime Kagurabachi will premiere in 2027
Serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine , Takeru Hokazono 's manga has established itself as one of the most popular action titles of the new generation. The work has already surpassed 4 million copies in circulation, including digital editions, with 11 volumes published to date.
The TV adaptation will be directed by Tetsuya Takeuchi, with character designs by Keigo Sasaki and production by studio Cypic. The premiere is confirmed for April 2027.
