trilogySword Art Online Progressive, titled "Sword Art Online Progressive: Kuraki Yuuyami no Scherzo," has just received a new release date. According to reports, the film will hit theaters Japanese October 22nd.

Several voice actors will return for the film. Additionally, Kaede Hondo will voice Liten, while Yuusuke Kobayashiwill voice Death.
The film is directed by Ayako Kohno at A-1 Pictures, with character designs by Kento Toya and music by Yuki Kajiura.
Synopsis:
