Director Katsuhiro Harada in an interview stated that development of the game Tekken X Street Fighter has been put on pause. According to him, Street Fighter V has just been released and the wait for Tekken 7 makes it difficult to launch a new fighting game.
They believe the release could leave the community and wider audience who want to play divided, so the best thing for now is to pause.
