A live stream held for the "Teppen - !!!" franchise announced that an anime adaptation is confirmed for 2022.
Artist Namamugi and story developer Inujun based the manga on the Seiyuu San-Shimai Team Y group , which consists of voice actresses Mikoi Sasaki, Aimi , and Ayasa Itou. The story follows the lives of three high school girls who aspire to reach the top of the comedy world.
The YouTube channel of the Seiyū San-Shimai Team Y group has over 133,000 subscribers. The Teppen—!!! manga launched in Monthly Bushiroad on January 8, 2021, and Kadokawa will publish the second volume on January 20.
